Who we built this for

Four kinds of stuck. One app that knows which rig to roll.

Northern Arizona puts a lot of drivers on the side of the road. The right truck for a stuck rental sedan is not the right truck for a side-by-side in volcanic cinder, and we triage that before we leave the yard.

Over the road

Long-haul breakdowns on I-40

Tractor, trailer, or reefer stuck between Bellemont and the California state line. We run dispatch off your last known milepost so a rig can roll without you walking the lot. Triage queued to the nearest yard; services billed after the tow completes.

Coverage

One corridor. Seven stops. Deeper reach into terrain most trucks won't touch.

Outside those named stops? We still answer the dispatch line and will tell you on the call whether we can reach you — most of the time we can, occasionally the terrain says no, and we'd rather be honest than send a hook truck into a wash.

Benny's Towing Offroad

Off-road recovery.Priced by the job, not the mile.

Terrain-specific work standard hook trucks can't reach — steep grades, loose volcanic cinder, flooded washes, mud, and snow. You know the scope before the rig rolls.

Terrain we work
Discipline list, not a marketing grid.
  • Loose volcanic cinder
  • Snow pack at 7,000 ft
  • Flooded wash crossings
  • Steep grade access
  • Backcountry two-track
  • Mogollon Rim escarpment
How we price

One price before the rig leaves the yard.

On-road towing uses standard hookup-and-mileage billing, billed after the tow. Off-road recovery uses job-by-job pricing — rig class, winch time, exposure, and crew size — and the number is in writing before we roll.

Hook & mileageOn-road

Standard flatbed and hook truck service inside the I-40 corridor: hook-up plus mileage, billed after the tow completes.

Job-by-jobOff-road

Winch-outs, extractions, and backcountry recovery quoted up-front based on rig, exposure, and crew — never an odometer.

What a request looks like

From "I'm stuck" to a driver beside you in under an hour.

  1. 01Request

Call or email dispatch with your location and a one-line description of the situation.

  2. 02Triage

Dispatch confirms the right rig (hook truck, winch, off-road unit) and quotes the job before we roll.

  3. 03Roll

Live ETA, real driver photos, and status pings in your inbox the entire way to your location.

  4. 04Recovery

Tow, winch, or extract. Photo on completion, single invoice, no mileage math on the back end.

About Benny's Towing

Built by a documentary filmmaker who never liked the call-and-wait.

Benny's Towing is built and marketed by an Emmy-, Murrow-, and duPont Award-winning documentary filmmaker and visual journalist. That backbone gives the brand broadcast-grade storytelling, drone-shot footage of Arizona's high country, and fast-turnaround social campaigns aimed at tourists, weekend riders, and the regional trucking community.

It is a niche the older family-run incumbents in the corridor rarely invest in, and it is also why a request shows up like a news story instead of a phone tree: clean copy, real photos, ETAs that update.

FAQ

The questions dispatch answers every week.

Standard hook-truck response inside the Flagstaff / Bellemont / Williams triangle is typically 20–35 minutes. I-40 long-haul work targets 45–60 depending on the milepost. Off-road recovery times depend on terrain access and are quoted job-by-job at dispatch.
