Within the Flagstaff / Bellemont / Williams triangle we target 20–35 minutes; I-40 long-haul pulls run 45–60 depending on the milepost; off-road recovery in the Coconino National Forest and on the Mogollon Rim lands on scene in 45–90 depending on spur access. Yes — the off-road unit (class-3 winch, mud tires, capacity-rated rigging) rolls into Coconino National Forest, Cinder Hills ORV, the Mogollon Rim at roughly 7,000 ft, and designated OHV trails. Standard hook trucks can’t reach the same terrain; the off-road unit is dispatched separately, not retrofitted from a hook truck. See the off-road division page.
The published zone rates apply around the clock. After-hours and weekend addenda are called out line by line on the invoice and confirmed in writing before the unit rolls — nothing is added at drop-off.
